Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you read Aesthetics Economy or subscribe to our newsletter, and what we do with it. Last updated October 8, 2026.
Who we are
Aesthetics Economy (“we”, “us”) publishes this website at aestheticseconomy.com and the newsletter sent from it. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe, we collect your email address. That is the only thing the form asks for.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which articles are read. It records information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. It uses cookies to tell one visit from another.
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
- Newsletter activity. Our email provider records whether an edition was delivered, opened or clicked, so we can keep the list healthy and see what readers find useful.
We do not ask for, and do not want, health information. Please do not send us any.
How we use it
- To send the newsletter you asked for.
- To understand what our readers find useful and improve our coverage.
- To reply to messages and handle corrections.
- To protect the site and the sign-up form from abuse.
- To tell advertisers, in aggregate only, how many people read the site and the newsletter.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not give advertisers our subscriber list.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it from abuse and routes our email. Its Turnstile service may be used on the sign-up form to tell people from bots.
- Resend stores our subscriber list and sends the newsletter.
- Google Analytics provides the usage statistics described above.
These companies process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe. Every edition of the newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Access or deletion. Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you or delete it.
- Analytics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works without them.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will honor a valid request wherever you are.
Advertising
Advertisements on this site are sold directly by us and served from our own pages. We do not use advertising networks or third-party ad tracking. If you click an advertisement you will go to the advertiser’s site, which has its own privacy policy.
Children
This is a trade publication for business readers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
